Good evening, friends!

After six months of lunacy, depression, restlessness, and indecision, I have finally mellowed out and recuperated enough to begin acting like a normal human being again. It's been frustrating for my watchers to have me constantly bouncing back and forth between my three active deviantART accounts and for that I apologize. I promise, `Lovely-Demented, is the the place I belong from now on; you have my word. It was a rough winter for me between the typical life situations and my vulnerability to Seasonal Depression, but all is well again in my world. During my 180 days of insanity, I deleted everyone and every club from my friends list, so expect me to re-add you all within the next few days. Please send me a note if I used to watch you, but haven't added you again by Monday because my memory isn't what it used to be and I don't want to forget anyone.

Apparently, my friend, Daniel a.k.a. *Hadarniel, suggested one of my fractals for the People's Choice Fractal Friday news article published by ^Sophquest. I appreciate this very much and want to thank him for thinking of me. It's a pleasant surprise on the day I've decided to start over on deviantART. Thank you very much to *Hadarniel and ^Sophquest!

I'm working in Apophysis again. I plan on ushering in a whole new era of fractals from me. I have just over one hundred ready to be rendered. Get ready for a busy message center. I've also finished my entry for the =NFotM devID contest. I'm only waiting to get permission from another artist to use part of one of his fractals for my design. I'm worried he won't get back to me in time though because it says he hasn't logged into dA in thirteen days.

I received an invitation last night to be the Vice Administrator of a prominent club here on deviantART, however, I'm slightly skeptical as to why they chose me over other people. I was asked not to mention the club until after the position is filled because they don't want to be flooded with deviants begging for the job, but it's one of the largest organizations on deviantART. I want to be a part of a club again, but this one seems like it would be more work than I care to take on. I'm thinking about it.

Today, I began painting the front porch at the new house. I have a fun little power sprayer and three gallons of white exterior latex paint. I painted the railings and the wooden floorboards on the porch without really paying attention to the considerable amount of over spray while coating the spindly dowels in the railing. Much to my horror and surprise, the grass in the front yard is now covered in white paint. It looks like I sprinkled pound after pound of bread flour on the three feet of lawn extending out from the porch. Now I get to look at that until the grass gets tall enough to mow; I don't know what I'm going to do about the bushes.

I cut my thumb the other day so deep that I could actually see bone. If it wasn't so morbidly cool, I probably would have fainted. I lost enough blood to fill a shot glass and then some. It was everywhere: the floor, the sink, the back door, and part of a wall in the kitchen. I kind of panicked while looking for something to stop the bleeding, which is why the bloodbath was so widespread. The cut is swollen, so I hope it isn't infected. I clean it several times a day with hydrogen peroxide. I'm keeping my remaining digits crossed that I don't get gangrene.
